During the first few weeks of the first coronavirus lockdown, we organised a nationwide sing-along of the song “No Need” with Zdeněk Svěrák and Jaroslav Uhlíř. At one point, Czech Television was broadcasting Mr. Svěrák's speech and later his rendition of the song, all of which was also picked up by many radio stations, including thousands of local village radio stations. At least two million people took part in it.
